Aerochemical products Aerochemical products refer to chemical products used in the use, maintenance and repair of civil aviation products, including deicing/anti icing liquid, toilet sanitary agent, cleaning agent/wax/powder, carbon deposition removal wax/agent, paint remover, polishing wax/agent and rust remover, as well as air freshener, insecticide, disinfectant, deodorant, paint, preservative, etc.
Technical requirements the technical requirements for aviation chemical products generally include the following contents: composition, physical and chemical indicators, impact on aircraft materials, stability, use performance, environmental protection performance, etc.

The technical requirements of aviation chemical products shall be determined according to the intended use and use requirements of the products, and the appropriate product standards shall be selected. After verifying the conformity of the products with the standards, the products shall be selected according to the relevant documents of the aircraft to ensure that the products will not cause unacceptable impact on the aircraft.

Product type (1) The deicing/anti icing fluid is mainly used to remove ice, snow, frost and other frozen pollutants on the aircraft surface or airport pavement, which is divided into aircraft deicing/anti icing fluid and pavement deicing/anti icing fluid;

(2) Aircraft cleaning agents are mainly used for cleaning various parts of the aircraft, including solvent based and water-based cleaning agents;

(3) Toilet sanitary products are mainly used for disinfection and deodorization of aircraft toilets;

(4) Paint remover products are mainly used to remove paint film on the surface of aircraft materials;

(5) Aircraft disinfectant products are mainly used for aircraft cabin disinfection;

(6) Aircraft pesticide products are mainly used to kill insects in the passenger and cargo compartments of aircraft;

(7) The coating products are mainly used for surface coating of aircraft structural materials to protect aircraft structural materials;

(8) The preservative products are mainly used to protect the structural parts in the aircraft cabin;

(9) Sealant products are mainly used for sealing and bonding of aircraft surface, fuel tank, cabin and other parts;

(10) Adhesive products are mainly used for bonding materials such as aircraft honeycomb, sandwich panel and composite materials.

Acceptance conditions (1) Documentary evidence of the applicant’s legal qualifications, including industrial and commercial business license, relevant enterprise qualification certificates and other documents.

(2) The description of the general situation of the applicant is mainly about the general situation of the company, including scale, personnel, product field, etc.

(3) The description of the applicant’s quality assurance system is mainly a brief introduction to the quality management system, with a list of procedure documents attached.

(4) The proposed airworthiness certification basis includes applicable airworthiness regulations, technical requirements, special conditions and other elements.

(5) The proposed airworthiness certification and verification plan mainly includes the preliminary plan for the certification work, such as the time nodes for on-site review and test.

(6) The design description of the product, including the technical specifications on which the product is designed, the production process flow of the product and the expected scope of use of the product.
